The Winkko PSR201BL 20V Surface Renovation Tool is a powerful cordless solution for stripping rust, paint, sealants and heavy coatings from metal and other hard surfaces. With a variable no‑load speed of 1500–3300rpm, it gives you the control to remove material quickly on large panels while staying precise on edges, seams and profiles.

Featuring an 80mm diameter, 100mm wide sanding roller, the PSR201BL covers much more surface area per pass than a conventional sander – ideal for bodyshops, restoration projects and fabrication work. It’s perfect for cleaning chassis rails, box sections, floor pans, body panels and weld seams, preparing them for primer, paint, powder‑coat or further finishing.

Supplied as standard with a pack of 6 sanding belts – 2 × 60 grit, 2 × 80 grit and 2 × 120 grit – you can start with aggressive rust and coating removal then move through to smoothing and surface preparation without buying extra abrasives straight away. Cordless 20V power means you can take the Winkko PSR201BL straight to the vehicle or workpiece, with no trailing leads or need for a nearby mains socket.
