NON-WOVEN FLAP WHEEL for Surface Renovation Tool (PSR201BL)

The Winkko non-woven flap wheel is a finishing accessory for the Winkko PSR201BL 20V brushless multi-surface renovation tool. It sits between aggressive sanding and final polishing. Use it to clean, blend and put an even satin finish on a wide range of surfaces.

The wheel is made of radial flaps of non-woven abrasive material. The flaps flex as they work and follow the shape of the workpiece. This makes it good for tubes, handrails, profiles, weld seams and curved panels, where a rigid sanding roller could dig in or leave flat spots. The open-weave structure resists clogging and runs cooler, which helps protect heat-sensitive surfaces and makes the wheel last longer.

Paired with the PSR201BL’s variable speed (1500–3300 rpm), you can match the speed to the job. Use lower speeds for delicate brushing and satin work, and higher speeds for faster cleaning and rust removal.
