The last portion of Ron’s DVD ‘Beading Machine Basics‘ features the construction of a Bomber Seat. These are the plans for the seat.
Here’s what’s on the drawing – a full-size tracing of one half of the seat back (which can be mirrored to make the complete back), which has the beads properly positioned, the hole locations and sizes marked, a pattern for the hole layout in the seat bottom, and a pattern for the bending fixture used for the seat back. The seat bottom is not part of the drawings, since this is made to fit the seat back, and everyone’s seat will be slightly different due to the springback of the material you use. The ‘Beading Machine Basics‘ DVD shows the other construction details clearly, and this is a great project for any metalworker!
