The FROST Tubing Notcher is designed to Notch Steel Tube. Round Tubing 2 inches in diameter or 2 1/2 inch Rectangular Tubes which means you can build anything from a Go Cart, Motorbike Frames, Roll Bars and many more. Use any Hand Drill to power the FROST Tubing Notcher. Use standard hole saws up to 2 inches in diameter. Adjust to your desired angle to make a neat butt weld.

Pretty good tool, works well! Thicker sheet steel that I had imagined, so quite ‘chunky’. The scale sadly is a couple of degrees out and gets worse the more you rotate the tool towards 60* (circa 5-6* out). I have a Trend digital angle gauge, which I can set the angle from instead.
For note, I bought a deep Starrett hole saw but it restricts the angle you can cut, buy a ‘normal’ depth hole saw!
