ABRASIVE CLOTH WIRE DRAWING WHEEL for Surface Renovation Tool (PSR201BL)

This abrasive cloth wheel does brushed finishing, often called wire drawing, on the Winkko PSR201BL. Each flap is made of durable coated abrasive cloth. It cuts harder than a non-woven wheel, so it removes scratches, blemishes and oxidation more quickly and leaves a crisp, uniform line pattern.

The flaps are arranged radially and wear away gradually. This exposes fresh abrasive as you work, so the finish stays consistent over the life of the wheel. They also flex slightly to follow gentle curves and edges while still producing a straight, even grain.

The 100mm working width lets you do long, even passes over sheet metal, panels, handrails and trim. The PSR201BL’s variable speed of 1500–3300 rpm gives you control: use a slower speed for fine decorative brushing, and a higher speed for faster scratch removal and cleaning.

It works well on stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and mild steel. You can also use it to key and clean wood and painted surfaces.
