INTERLEAVED FLAP WHEEL for Surface Renovation Tool (PSR201BL)

The interleaved flap wheel saves you swapping between a cutting wheel and a finishing wheel. Alternating layers of abrasive cloth and non-woven abrasive work together on the Winkko PSR201BL.

The abrasive cloth flaps cut through oxidation, scratches, light rust and old coatings. The non-woven flaps between them soften and refine the scratch pattern straight away. The result is an even, blended satin finish without deep sanding marks, which cuts down on extra finishing work.

This combination makes the wheel especially useful on stainless steel, aluminium and other visible metal surfaces, where the finish matters as much as the cleaning. The flexible construction follows gentle curves, edges and profiles, and the open non-woven layers help reduce clogging and heat build-up.

With a 100mm working width and the PSR201BL’s variable speed of 1500–3300 rpm, you can work across panels, tubes, rails and trim quickly and keep full control of the finish.

Tip
Use light, even pressure and let the wheel’s alternating flaps do the work. For a uniform satin grain, work in one direction and overlap each pass slightly. To go further, follow up with the Winkko non-woven flap wheel for an extra-fine finish.
