The HotCoat 40kV Powder Coating System delivers true professional capability to the home shop without the complexity or cost of industrial equipment. At the core of the system is an advanced high-voltage corona charge design that generates up to 40,000 volts and 50 microamps of consistent, adjustable output. State-of-the-art electronics allow you to fine-tune both voltage and amperage from the front panel, giving you control over wrap, penetration, and film build across complex geometries. Advanced pulsed charge technology further improves powder adhesion in recessed areas, inside corners, and around sharp edges where coverage is traditionally difficult.

The included hopper-fed powder coating gun mirrors the design and functionality of professional units, with adjustable gun air flow directly from the control unit to precisely meter powder delivery. A 2-pound stainless-steel hopper provides ample capacity for enthusiast projects while remaining easy to clean between colors.
