An amazing and environmentally friendly rust remover!

It has been proven to effectively remove even deep rust from all types of mild steel and iron. Frost Rust Remover is safe on all surfaces and will not harm copper, brass aluminium, plastic, rubber or vinyl. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable and contains no acids, alkalis or petroleum solvents.

Simple to use with effective result. You can reuse Frost Rust Remover several times until its performance starts to deteriorate. It is safe for use in fuel tanks, spray cabinets, ultrasonic cleaners, pressure washers, pumps and vats.

Available in 1L, 5L or 25L.

Directions:

Step 1: Remove dirt and pre-clean item.

Step 2: Rinse then completely immerse item in the solution for 1-12 hours depending on the depth and age of the rust.

Check progress periodically.

Step 3: Once rust is removed, rinse item well with water.

*For fuel tank de-rusting: Completely fill the tank with Frost Rust Remover and rotate the tank every hour until the rust has been removed. Drain completely and rinse well with water. Air dry and fill with petrol immediately to eliminate flash rust.

ETHOMIX:

Ethomix additive prevents corrosion in the fuel system and internal engine components and neutralizes any acid formation. Essential for nearly all pre 1996 engines including mowers, chain saws, outboards, quads etc.

DO NOT PUT LID BACK ON THE CAN ONCE OPENED OR IT MAY EXPLODE!

Please note for complete protection, please use the Cleaner/Degreaser and the Metal Prep prior to using the sealer. Otherwise the sealer may not adhere properly to the surface.

Please note that once the tank sealer has been applied you CANNOT re seal over as it will not adhere to itself.

POR-15® Metal Prep provides the best adhesion for POR-15® Rust Preventive Coating on any metal surface, including aluminium and shiny polished metal surfaces. Our simple process gently etches metal, creating an ideal anchor pattern for coatings such as POR-15® Rust Preventive Coating, while simultaneously leaving a zinc phosphate coating to insure chemical bonding of paint and steel. Avoid other preps that may leave harmful residues which prevent proper adhesion. After thoroughly degreasing your work piece, apply environmentally safe POR-15 Metal Prep to both neutralize any rust and etch any clean bare metal. This will allow better adhesion of POR-15® Rust Preventive Coating or any other coating. POR-15® Metal Prep is not caustic, corrosive, toxic or flammable.
