The FROST Professional Tubing Bender is a superb Workshop addition for the Professional Fabricator or Dedicated Enthusiast who needs a Robust, Dependable, Accurate and Affordable Tube and Pipe Bender to produce outstanding bends for Roll Cages, Motorcycle Frames and anything else that requires high-quality bending of Aluminum and Steel.

Made from Toughened Steel it is designed for robust and log lasting service. All components are CNC machined from 1/2″ and 5/8″ thick steel and powder coated for corrosion protection. Fast-change bending dies are  also CNC machined. The Primary Forming Die is machined to a shape that squeezes the tubing during the bending process to push the outside wall out, resulting in a Perfect, Round Bend with minimum distortion.

The Frost Professional Bender is very easy to use having a high-ratio ratchet mechanism that allows bigger tube diameters  to be effortlessly bent without help. The Operator can usually bend 2 inch x 3.2mm Round Mild Steel Tubing with two hands and medium force while 1 inch x 2mm Wall Tubing bent with very little resistance. Die changes can be done extremely quickly. Bend times for 1″ O.D. and Larger Tubes using the ratchet mechanism generally take approximately 30-60 seconds.

The Degree Indication Wheel included makes accurate bending as simple as monitoring the pointer until the desired degree of bend is achieved. The handle slides away from the main mechanism which allows for easy storage when not in use.
