Application:

1: Mask the back part of the headlight. Clean the headlight with ProLens Cleaner.

2: Mechanically sand the headlight lens, following the stages below for best results. Wipe the surface after each sanding with a lint free cloth.

2A: Completely remove the original UV layer from the damaged headlight using P180 sanding discs. Sand out any marks and scratches.

2B: For optimum results sand the entire headlight using : P240 > P320 > P500 > P800 > P1000 > P2000 > P3000 in order and finally P4000.

2C: To achieve an optimum surface quality, finally buff with a fine
polishing paste.

3: Clean thoroughly with Lens Cleaner using a clean lint free cloth.

4: Spray 2 light coats of LensGrip allowing a 3 minute flash off inbetween coats. Allow to dry for 10 minutes.

5: Spray 1 light holding coat followed by 2 full coats of Lens Lacquer 1k allowing a 10 minute flash off inbetween coats.
