The Fertan UBS 240 is an extremely resistant protective wax with many uses especially Underbodies, Wheel Arches and Mudguards.
Even when applied in thin layers it protects very efficiently against splash water. It is also very stable against mechanical abrasion. The underbody protection is a transparent but slightly amber-colour. The amber colour increases with the thickness of the layer applied. UBS 240 is also compatible with PVC and can be used directly on painted surfaces.
Use Fertan Rust Remover to remove any rust before applying UBS 240 for underbody protection. UBS 240 cannot be painted over as it remains permanently elastic to compensate for movement, stone chipping etc.

UBS 240 is a durable underbody protection based on high-quality wax and is very durable.
The product contains no aromatic products and is PVC compatible.
It adheres even in higher layer thicknesses on all body panels, axle parts, etc.
By using special and high quality ingredients and additives, the product meets the highest demands. UBS 240 also protects perfectly against mechanical abrasion on body parts, such as inner bumpers, etc.
The product also protects in thin layers while remaining water-repellent. After de-rusting with FERTAN rust converter, UBS 240 offers perfect protection against rust and corrosion.
UBS 240 cannot be overpainted. It can however be applied thinly over painted subfloors to allow the colour to show through. It remains elastic and compensates for body movement.
