Derust and abrade, then clean thoroughly to remove oil, dust, and moisture.

Apply Frost Etch Primer P268 before any further priming or coating
 What It’s Not For

Not for use over existing paint or filler—only compatible with completely bare metal.

It’s very thin and not sandable, so you’ll need a high-build primer on top if you need to fill imperfections.
