Orders made within the European Union containing Hazardous items such as paints, aerosols and chemicals can be shipped at our Standard rate of £60.00 (for parcels up to 10kg). If your order is over 10kg please contact us to request a shipping quote.
Products with a prefixed ‘Y’ code are large or heavy items and will be subject to extra shipping charges. Please contact us for a quotation by telephone or email.
If you are not completely satisfied with item(s) purchased at www.frost.co.uk, you can return the unused good(s) to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) for an exchange or refund. If returned after fourteen (14) days but within thirty (30) days it will be exchanged or you will receive a credit note against a future purchase. After thirty (30) days no exchange, refund or credit note will be given.

Frost Restoration is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment, removal or application of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) products.
Shortages and Damage – Please advise our Goods Returns Department of any problems with shortages or Carrier damage within two (2) days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Frost reserves the right to alter prices without prior notices. All prices include VAT, if delivery is made outside the EEC, then 20% may be deducted. Please contact us with your VAT number if registered.
We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours in normal weekdays (Mon-Fri). Subject to stock availability and payment being received. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked ‘backordered’ on your order acknowledgement and sent out as soon as they are available.
Orders containing dropship items or items are temporarily out of stock will take longer, depending on stock availability from our suppliers.
