This soft natural rubber Expander Wheel conforms to slightly contoured pieces and leaves a smooth, uniform finish.
Can be used with abrasive bands, Scotch- Brite belts or the Trizact belts. They stay firmly in place because centrifugal force expands the rubber wheel.
The Expander Wheel is designed to run at 2,400 rpm so excessive cutting does not occur.

Mr Scotty –
Love this product, so easy to switch belts and results are great!

Expander wheel makes quick work of dirty, Rusty old parts and we’ll make them look new again. It’s size allows you to get into small areas yet large enough to make quick work of most work pieces. Another one of Eastwood’s home runs!

Bought over a month ago and have used it a dozen time or more. Works as advertised with the bands (bought a variety). Two items of concern. One is the arbor adapters which are plastic. Put on the wheel first and very carefully put the wheel on the grinder shaft. Two, the wheel is rather out of balance but is true and round. Wondering if the vibration will do in the grinder bearings, but this I doubt – the bearings have to put up with a lot more than vibration. Bands seem durable. Have ground iron, steel, bronze and brass. Friend tells me to turn the bands around occasionally to help with durability.

I bought one of these about 3 years ago and have been very impressed I am a professional weld and fabricator. I just ordered 2 more of these for other grinders I use in the shop and field doing stainless piping and fabrication. I have had other brands and like the way the belts go on and stay on much better than way more expensive wheels I have. They are softer and more flexible than other brands. Thanks for offering a great product. Central Wisconsin Stainless
