Application Guide

1. Clean: Apply POR-15 Cleaner Degreaser to remove dirt, grease, and contaminants. Keep wet 10–15 minutes, then rinse and allow to dry. Repeat if necessary.
2. Prep: Apply POR-15 Metal Prep to bare metal surfaces. Keep wet 10–15 minutes, rinse, and allow to dry. Flash rust or powdery residue is normal.
3. Rust Prevention: Apply POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating over prepared metal for maximum adhesion. Use two thin coats for best results. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity during application.
4. Apply Bed Liner: Mix OEM Bed-Liner thoroughly and apply over tacky Rust Preventive Coating. Use brush, roller, or spray gun. Apply multiple coats to even texture and increase durability.
