Simple to use with effective result. You can reuse Frost Rust Remover several times until its performance starts to deteriorate. It is safe for use in fuel tanks, spray cabinets, ultrasonic cleaners, pressure washers, pumps and vats.
As well as being used for general rust application, Frost Rust Remover can be utilised to target deep rust from the entire cooling system. It uses the latest technology in rust and corrosion removal to completely revitalise automotive cooling systems.

Directions:
Step 1: Remove dirt and pre-clean item.
Step 2: Rinse then completely immerse item in the solution for 1-12 hours depending on the depth and age of the rust.
Check progress periodically.
Step 3: Once rust is removed, rinse item well with water.
*For fuel tank de-rusting: Completely fill the tank with Frost Rust Remover and rotate the tank every hour until the rust has been removed. Drain completely and rinse well with water. Air dry and fill with petrol immediately to eliminate flash rust.

Does exactly what it says. Literally removes/dissolves the rust. Decant it back into the bottle and keep reusing it. Safe on your hands. Parts come out brand new.

I have been looking for a quick and easy way to remove rust from various nuts and bolts before I use the metal blacking kit. Decided to use the frost rust remover and was extremely surprised at how well they came out. Left them in overnight and that seemed to have cleaned them up really nice. Then just went through the three stages of the metal blacking kit and they came out looking beautiful in a satin black finish. Thank you frost!

I cant believe how good this product is. Takes a bit of time to work (left pieces in the solution overnight) and they came up looking like lovely shiny new metal! And better yet, it did not damage any threads or anything like that. Now just need to find a way to brush this on for the bigger parts!

Used this several times over the years and it does an amazing job. Clean the items to remove dirt and grease. I used glass jars and plastic storage boxes of various sizes so I could submerge larger items. If item is heavily rusted remove periodically and wire brush under running water to aid rust removal and assess progress, then re submerge. This enables the solution to get into deep pits (I also scratched them). It works fairly quickly and can be reused several times albeit turning black. One word of warning (as I found out on one occasion) is make sure that the items are degreased as it may cause a chemical reaction which leaves a green/yellow residue on the item which can be hard to remove. Overall this is the best rust removal product I have ever used.
