The Fertan MM30 Aerosol (400ml) is a multi-metal protection spray designed for long-term corrosion protection. It provides cathodic protection with a blend of Aluminium, Titanium, and Zinc ensuring high-quality surface protection. This spray offers excellent resistance and adhesion to various metals such as Steel, Aluminium, and Copper and can be overpainted as a bonding bridge with 1 x component and 2 x component paints.
Due to it’s high temperature resistance (up to 300°C) the Fertan MM30 is also an excellent Spot Welding Primer and can also be used on Car Bodies, Brake Shoes and many Heating and Ventilation Industrial projects. It also, when tested, had resistance to over 500hrs at only 15 μm in a salt spray test.

Application:
Remove any rust beforehand with Fertan Rust Remover.
Shake the can for at least 3 minutes before use – The substrate must be Clean, Dry, Free from Grease and Silicone – For optimum effect apply a thin layer of MM 30 Spray in 1-2 spraying cycles spraying at a distance of at least 15 – 25 cm – After use, spray over the head of the spray valve – Dust-dry after approx 5 – 10 min and Touch-proof after approx. 1 hour. Complete hardening after 2-3 days at 20° C. Temperature resistant up to 300°C.
