Product Description

A high quality ‘2 hour’ drying time Synthetic Alkyd Enamel.
It offers fast surface drying, good through drying even in thick films and outstanding film hardness and toughness.
In addition, yellowing is minimal even after prolonged exposure to higher temperatures

CLEANING
Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be clean

Suitable Substrate & Their Suitable Preparation

MILD STEEL
Remove millscale and thoroughly degrease using suitable Frost Panel Wipe (C234).
Abrade with P80/P180 if necessary before applying Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)

SHOT BLASTED STEEL
Remove all traces of blast grit/sand before applying Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)

ALUMINIUM
Abrade with P180/P320
Degrease with suitable Frost Panel Wipe C234
Coat with appropriate Frost Etch Primer (P268), and if required Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)

GALVANISED STEEL
Degrease with suitable Frost Panel Wipe (C234)
Coat with appropriate Frost Etch Primer (P268), and if required Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)
