How to Use:

1. Step 1 – Clean the Surface: Use the Aggressive Water-Based Chassis Cleaner & Degreaser to remove oil, grease, dirt, and road grime. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
2. Step 2 – Remove Loose Rust & Debris: Scrape off loose rust or paint with the Stainless Steel Wire Brush. Sand the surface smooth using the Wet & Dry Sanding Paper.
3. Step 3 – Treat Rust: Apply Rust Cure – Heavy Duty Rust Converter to any rusted areas. Allow it to react and dry as per instructions on the bottle.
4. Step 4 – Apply Etch Primer: Shake well and apply a thin coat of Etch Primer to bare metal areas. Allow to dry fully before applying the next layer.
5. Step 5 – Apply Chassis Primer: Use the Very Light Grey Chassis Primer for a smooth, uniform base coat. Apply evenly using the Pure Bristle Paint Brushes. Let it dry completely.
6. Step 6 – Apply Gloss Black Paint: Shake the Chassis Gloss Black Paint thoroughly. Apply evenly over the primed surface using the brushes. Thin if necessary with Thinner for All Frost Paints for smoother application.
7. Step 7 – Finish & Clean Up: Allow paint to cure fully. Clean brushes and tools with the supplied Thinner. Wear the protective gloves during the whole process for safety.
