Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You can cancel your order by email or phone if you would rather not wait.

Cancellation and Order Amendments
You can cancel or amend any order placed with Frost, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.
Cancellation Period: by the Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
You must provide notice of cancellation in writing and posted it to Frost ART, Crawford Street, Rochdale, OL16 5NU, UK; faxed it to +44 1706 860 338 or emailed it to order@frost.co.uk, no later than 8 working days after receipt of goods.
Cancellation restriction: This applies to all of our products except purchase of video, DVD and software products where the item has been unsealed.

Credit Card Security
For your security all credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission over the internet. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site and are not stored on your computer - see PRIVACY POLICY below.

Delivery Schedule
We normally despatch items within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked "backordered" on your order acknowledgement and sent out as soon as they are available.

If you are not totally satisfied with any item, we will replace or refund the full price providing the item is returned to us unused and in good condition within 14 days.
We will repair, replace or give a full refund on any item which does not give reasonable service due to defective materials or workmanship. All items are described and illustrated to the best of our knowledge at the time of going to press.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy, just browse our shop, and click the 'Buy' button next to any items that you wish to purchase which will add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. We accept Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Eurocard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information over the Internet, via phone, fax or snail mail.

Privacy Policy
To allow Frost to supply our customers with the best possible service, we are changing our Privacy Policy. From time to time, we will make our postal mailing list (names and postal addresses only) available to carefully screened companies whose products we believe will be of interest to you. If you prefer that we do not share any information with these companies, please contact us at the following email caroline@frost.co.uk.
Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details (excluding your credit card numbers) if you select the 'Remember Me' option. This means next time you place an order you will only have to enter your credit card details.

Return Policy
1/ Items returned under the 7 working day cancellation period
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
-where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
-where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund all delivery charges that you incurred
-we will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK

2/ Items returned under 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 14 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Refund will be paid within thirty days of cancellation. Please post goods to be returned or exchanged to Frost Auto Restoration Ltd, Crawford St, Rochdale, Lancs, OL16 5NU, UK. Pack well and return to us with a note of your requirements and original invoice number.

Frost reserves the right to alter specifications and prices without prior notice.

Tax Charges
Catalog prices include VAT at 17.5%. For deliveries within the European Union VAT must be paid. All other orders are tax free.
