GB mainland

For orders over £75.00 postage is FREE
For orders less than £75.00 postage is £5.95
Your order will be sent by carrier Standard service (usually takes 3 days, but please allow 7 days). Express service extra see below. On receipt of goods normally a signature will be required.

Northern Ireland and UK Isles

For orders over £90.00 postage is FREE
For orders less than £90.00 see below

Express service

Excluding Weekends. Orders Placed after 14hrs Shipped the Following Day.

GB Mainland: £7.50 - 1 to 2 working days.
UK Isles: £15.00 - 2 to 3 working days. ( We cannot send Aerosols / Paints / Liquids / Chemicals by this service )

Extra charges apply to the following areas of the mainland as classified by Royal Mail. (PH19 to PH44, PH49 to PH50, IV, KW, PA20 to PA88, ZE, KA27 KA28, HS, IM, TR21 to TR25, BT) See below.

We cannot send to a BFPO address you have to select the Country where you are based.. e.g Germany. 

World Wide Charges

Standard service, up to 30 kilos

This service is MAINLAND ONLY EXCLUDING ISLANDS eg MADEIRA - BALEARIC. 

Anywhere else in the world please ask for quotation.

Y Code Products

Products with a Y code are subject to extra shipping charges - please ask for a quotation by telephone or email.

Return or Exchange

Please post goods to be returned or exchanged to Frost Auto Restoration Ltd, Crawford St, Rochdale, Lancs, OL16 5NU, UK. Pack well and return to us with a note of your requirements and original invoice number. See Frost Terms and Conditions.

Prices

All prices include VAT, if delivery is made outside the EEC, then 20% may be deducted.

Despatch

We normally despatch items within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked 'backordered' on your order acknowledgement and sent out as soon as they are available.
