POR15 Top Coat Gloss White is a direct to metal coating designed to work incredibly well in all applications where there is a need to preserve substrates susceptible to corrosion.
Under exposure to sunlight and weather POR-15 TopCoat Glossy White has exceptional long term gloss and colour retention.
POR 15 Top Coat can be applied directly to metal substrates, with no need for a primer or undercoat, and is formulated to form a robust barrier that sheds moisture to provide long lasting protection.
POR-15 Top Coat has excellent adhesion and when used over POR15 Rust Preventive Paint the products create a system works to provide a permanent barrier to corrosion.

Available in 3 sizes: 473ml (US Pint) and 946ml (US Quart). 368g is the NEW Aerosol.
Stir contents well, then dispense a portion into a separate container and seal can at once, keeping lid and grooves clean to avoid permanently sealing can shut.
Do not paint directly out of can. ChassisCoatBlack, like all POR-15 coatings, should always be stirred, never shaken. Best Dispensing Method: Use coffee scoop or
Do not put left-over paint back into can. Thin only with POR-15 Solvent, if necessary. Apply in thin, covering coats.
Surface to be coated should be dry and free of grease, oil, and other contaminants. Use POR15 Marine Clean, diluted 1 part Marine Clean to 8 parts water to remove light contamination. Then rinse with water and allow to dry.
APPLYING TOP COAT OVER OTHER PRIMERS
Repeat instructions above, then sand surface lightly with 240 grit sandpaper and wipe clean with dry tack cloth and paint.
TO PAINT OVER A CURED POR-15 SURFACE
Allow to cure for 30 Minutes at 68ºF (20ºC), or longer in cooler temperatures. Apply Chassis Coat as final finish. Depending on temperatures and humidity recoat at 3-12 hour intervals.
Cleanup: Use POR-15 Solvent or lacquer thinner for cleanup, which must be done before the Top Coat dries; once dry POR15 Top Coat cannot be removed by solvent. POR-15 Topcoat can take 3-4 days to reach maximum hardness or longer in temperatures below 55ºF 15ºC.
