How do I solve rust problems with Dinitrol Rust Solutions?
Dinitrol Rust Killer and anti Rust treatment
S300 DINITROL RC800 (1 litre)
DINITROL RC800 is a rust converter for use on rust covered surfaces where it kills and then chemically converts rust to a passive organic compound that bonds to the metal surface such as an automotive body. RC800 is a milky white liquid that once painted will turn into a blue dry surface and then to black once rust conversion has taken place. Can be used internally or externally where rust is evident, on motor bodies and box sections. Ideal for door bottoms and inside sills.
S305 DINITROL 3125 (1 litre)
DINITROL 3125 is a thixotropic rust preventative fluid that will not crack, chip or peel and is designed for use on internal or external cavities. 3125 has excellent creeping capabilities that will penetrate through dirt and rust preventing further corrosion even in seams up to 20 mm wide. Anti corrosion additives and surface-active properties allow application to be carried out on damp and dirty surfaces without affecting the products performance but to save waste it is always best to apply to areas that are as clean as possible. Ideal for use on chassis, box sections, sills, door bottoms etc.
S310 DINITROL 3654 (1 litre)
DINITROL 3654 is a thixotropic rust preventative fluid that has been designed for use on open surfaces as well as internal cavities where the area to be treated is new or clean metal. 3654 has excellent creeping capabilities that will penetrate seam up to 20 mm preventing corrosion. 3654 is based mainly on synthetic waxes, corrosion inhibitors and white spirit type solvent. When the product is applied and the solvent has evaporated the product leaves a waxy, water repellent protective film that gives excellent corrosion protection. Ideal for all chassis, sills, and box sections where there is no damp or moisture prior to treatment.
S315 DINITROL 4941 (1 litre)
DINITROL 4941 is a tough black elastic rust preventative, which provides long-term resistance against rust and abrasion. After application and the solvents have evaporated a waxy protective film remains on the treated area giving high protection. The film is heat resistant and retains its adhesion without cracking. Drying time is between 6 to 12 hours dependant on application temperature and environment. Gives excellent under body protection; once dry it is a hardwearing, yet flexible coating. Can be used to overcoat products DINITROL RC800, DINITROL 3125 and 3654.
